An account must be created so that once your order is placed we can easily access the details of your order and track it thru our system.

What types of payment do we accept?

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


What are the steps of ordering?  

Once your account is approved you will need to provide a purchase order in writing with good clean art.

How do I expedite my order?

You can indicate what date you are looking to receive in hands and if we do not feel that we can meet this date we will contact you. You can also call before you send the order and speak with customer service.

How do I check my order status?

You can call or email to check the status of your order

Can I change the artwork after I placed my order?

Yes, but this will delay production time.

Can I change the quantity of my order after I have placed the order?

Yes, but this will delay production time.

How do I reorder a previous purchase?

Indicate your old purchase order number on your order.

What is your turnaround time?

7 to 10 workind days after art approval and receipt of merchandise.

When does the turnaround time start?

Turnaround time does not start until the art has been approved and all the merchandise has been received.

Does shipping time included in the turnaround time?

No the turnaround time is the time it takes to produce your order and does not include shipping time. You must allow additional time for shipping.

How do I receive my order on time?

Any order or art questions, art approvals, or delay in merchandise must be handled promptly.

When can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not been produced you can cancel, however if there has been any work done on art, digitizing tapes, film for screens, etc, then there may be additional charges for canceling. It would need to be looked into at time of cancellation.

What types of files do we accept?

We accept most anything but prefer vector image (.AI, .EPS, .CDR).

How do I get great color matching?

It is best to provide us with a PMS color. (Pantone Matching System)

What if I am unsatisfied with the product I receive?

Please call and discuss your concerns. If it is something that cannot be resolved over the phone we will ask you to return the product with explanation of the problem. We will look it over and see if we need to rerun or if we can fix the problem. You will then be contacted with a resolution.
